SECTION 1 - Booking Policy
📅 Booking Requirements
To ensure a calm and well-prepared experience, appointments must be booked at least 6 hours in advance.
SECTION 2 - Cancellation & No-Show Policy
⏳ Respecting Time
• Cancel 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.
• Less than 24 hours’ notice → 50% fee.
• No-shows or cancellations within 2 hours → 100% fee.
• Late arrivals may shorten the session, but the full fee applies.

SECTION 3 - Payment Policy

SECTION 4 - At-Home Massage Policy
🏡 Massage in the Comfort of Your Home
At-home treatments are available within approximately 10 km of Schiedam.
Locations beyond this distance may still be possible, depending on travel time and availability.
Travel Fee Policy
Distances are calculated one-way from Schiedam.
Travel within 10 km → Included
The standard at-home service price includes travel within a 10 km one-way radius.
Travel beyond 10 km → Additional travel fee applies
A small travel fee is added for longer distances:

These fees cover additional time, fuel, and the effort required for extended travel.
Paid Parking (separate from travel fee)
If paid parking is required at your location, the parking cost will be added to your session total.
Parking fees are not included in the travel allowance.
All additional fees, distance or parking, are always communicated and confirmed before your appointment.
Preparing Your Space
For a smooth and relaxing at-home experience, please ensure the following:
• Provide at least 2m × 2m of clear space for the massage table
• Ensure the room is warm, quiet, and comfortable
• Provide clean sheets and a pillow for your comfort during the session
• Ensure safe and easy access to your home
• Share any necessary parking or entry instructions in advance
SECTION 5 - Foot Washing Policy
🦶 Hygiene & Comfort
Because your feet are included in many treatments, we kindly ask all clients to arrive with clean feet.
A quick wash can be done at the studio if needed.
This supports both hygiene and the quality of your session.
SECTION 6 - Consultation Form (Health Intake)
📋 Your First Visit
All new clients must complete a Massage Consultation Form.
✔ Preferred: Fill it out online before your appointment
✔ Optional: Fill it on-site (arrive 15 minutes early)
The form only needs to be updated if your health or preferences change.
SECTION 7 - Packages & Gift Cards
🎁 Gift Cards
• Valid for 12 months
• Redeemable online using the code emailed to you
• Non-refundable
• May be used for any service unless stated otherwise

• Must be used within their validity period
• Non-refundable
• Follow standard cancellation rules

All personal and health information is strictly confidential and never shared with third parties.
Your privacy is respected at every step.
SECTION 9 - Professional Boundaries

Heartwarming Body Massage provides strictly professional, non-sexual therapeutic services.
Any inappropriate behavior will result in:
• Immediate termination of the session
• 100% fee charged
• Permanent refusal of future bookings
SECTION 10 - Health & Safety

Please inform the therapist of any:
• Recent injuries or surgeries
• Illness, fever, infections
• Pregnancy
• Cardiovascular issues
• Skin conditions
• Medical concerns requiring clearance
Treatments may be declined if unsafe.
