7. How does the HBM Loyalty Program work?

Members earn and redeem Wellness Points for massage discounts.

Earning Points:

  • Create a member account: 100 points

  • Book any massage: €1 spent = 1 point (€75 = 75 Points)

  • Birthday month reward: 200 points

  • Packages and memberships: €1 spent = 1 point (€140 = 140 Points)

Invite friends and earn points when they book.

Your Friend Receives:

  • 100 points after sign-up and their first massage.

9. Are shoes allowed inside the studio?

No. Shoes must be removed to maintain a clean and calm environment.

10. Do I need to wash my feet before the massage?

Yes. Clean feet are required for all sessions to ensure hygiene and comfort.

11. Can I choose where to focus during the treatment?

Yes. Sessions are fully personalized.
You may request full-body work or focus on specific areas such as the back, neck, or legs.

12. How long are the massage sessions?

Sessions are available in:

  • 1 hour

  • 1 hour 30 minutes

  • 2 hours

Chair Massage is offered as a 30-minute session.

13. Do you work with athletes or clients in recovery?

Yes. The Deep Tissue & Sports Combo Massage is ideal for pain relief, muscular recovery, and performance support.

14. How far in advance should I book?

Bookings must be made at least one day in advance.

Same-day sessions cannot be booked online and must be requested by WhatsApp or phone.

A €50 express fee applies if the request can be accepted.

15. What is your cancellation policy?

Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before your appointment.
Late cancellations and no-shows result in the loss of the session.

16. Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, we offer both digital and printed gift cards. Gift cards are available for purchase online via our website and at the studio.

When purchasing a gift card online, Wix offers two options:

For someone else:
Choose this option if you would like the gift card to be emailed directly to the recipient. You can enter the recipient’s email address, name, add a personal message, and choose when the gift card is sent.

​

For myself:
Choose this option if you would like the gift card sent to your own email address. You may use it yourself or gift it to someone else at a later time.

All online gift cards are delivered digitally by email and include a unique, one-time-use code.

In addition to digital gift cards, printed physical gift cards are also available. After purchasing online, you may choose to pick up a printed gift card at the studio, or you may purchase a printed gift card directly at the studio.

​

Digital delivery by email is always available, while printed gift cards are offered for clients who prefer a physical card.

All gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, and can be redeemed for any massage service at Heartwarming Body Massage.

17. Can I book a massage for someone else?

Yes. You may book on behalf of another person or give a gift card.

​

18. What should I expect during my session?

You may undress to your comfort level.

Professional draping is used at all times, and only the area being treated is uncovered.
For your privacy, the treatment room is leased exclusively for your session, ensuring a quiet and respectful environment.

I leave the room while you get ready, and I only re-enter when you press the wireless call bell, so you remain fully in control of your comfort and timing.

19. What time should I arrive?

Please arrive 5 -10 minutes early to settle in.
Late arrivals may result in a shorter session.

​

20. How should I prepare before my massage?

Stay hydrated, avoid heavy meals, and arrive clean and relaxed.

21. What payment methods do you accept?

iDEAL, debit/credit card, Tikkie, and cash (by agreement).
