Massage Booking & Service Policies

At Heartwarming Body Massage, we are committed to creating a smooth, respectful, and professional experience for every client. Please read the following policies carefully before booking your session: Booking Policy Minimum Notice To ensure quality preparation and service, all appointments must be booked at least 6 hours in advance. We do not accept last-minute bookings. This allows us to prepare the space and ensure a calm, uninterrupted experience for both you and the therapist. Late Cancellation & No-Show Policy * Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment time. * Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. * No-shows or last-minute cancellations (within 2 hours of your session) will be charged 100% of the service fee. Late Arrival Policy Please arrive on time for your session. If you arrive late, your session time may be reduced out of respect for the next client. The full service fee still applies. Payment Policy Payment can be made in advance online or in person at the time of the appointment. We accept the following payment methods: * iDEAL / Credit Card / Bank transfer * Cash * Gift cards or pre-paid deals Health Disclosure & Safety Before your first massage session at Heartwarming Body Massage, you are required to complete a Massage Consultation Form. This form helps us understand your health history, preferences, and any specific areas of concern, ensuring your massage is safe, personalized, and effective. ✅ Preferred: Fill it Out Online in Advance We strongly recommend that you fill out the form online before your appointment because: It saves time during your session. Allows your therapist to prepare your treatment in advance Ensures a smooth and relaxed experience from the moment you arrive Alternatively: Fill It In Person (Before the Massage) If you're unable to fill the form online, you can also complete it on-site before your session. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to allow enough time. 📌 Note: This form only needs to be completed once. After that, only updates are required if your health or preferences change. Package & Deal Policy For packages and deals (e.g. 2x, 4x, 6x sessions): * Sessions must be used within the validity period (e.g. 2, 4, or 6 months) * Unused sessions are non-refundable * Rescheduling follows our standard cancellation policy
